Opportunities For Christians By Enamudu Ikhofua

In a life of countless number of opportunities, there is no room for failure for the Christian. God has made provisions for our success in life.

As I move out on my daily chores, I notice very many opportunities for human success. Depending on how you see life, opportunities are all around you. Only learn to identify and recognize them and get into the opportunities God has for your success. Let me be specific, and you may wish to have it as a prophecy:

· As a teacher, you have opportunities in your pupils/students.

· As a doctor, you have opportunities in your patients.

· As a pastor, you have opportunities in your members.

· As a marketer, you have opportunities in your clients.

We must admit that there is no end to the list, you and I know it.

Jesus took the opportunity in a life of self-sacrifice to establish His life in the hearts of the poor and needy. He became great and was sought after by all and sundry.

I have taken up opportunities to study, learn, read, and observe that by God's grace I have never lacked employment. Jobs to earn are always there, waiting just for my picking and choosing.

You can fail. If that becomes glaring, then create opportunities where there are none. Sell yourself out there for the good of others. By which I mean that you should let people know that you're a power house of opportunities. Render a service. People of service always have open doors.

David was a shepherd, a musician and a warrior. All three yielded him opportunities for greatness. He later became a shepherd to the people of God.

He served in the king's palace, playing the harp. He won one of the most remembered victories to the people of Israel thereby making Israel to become a threat to those who hitherto warred against her. He later won the throne of Israel.

Why must I write this piece? It is because I don't believe in failure. God is not miserly; He has created a world of opportunities for you to succeed as a Christian. Recognize this fact seize on it. May God be on your side. Amen.
